Moorings

Need your mooring inspected or serviced? Your boat is an investment, take care of it by making sure when it’s on the mooring it stays there. Mooring chains should be inspected annually to insure tackle is in sound condition.

Cleaning

The waters of the North Atlantic are home to many invertebrates that like to attach to any structure they can including your vessel. Be sure to stay on top of keeping these critters clear of your hull by having it cleaned on a regular basis.

Wheel Clearing

With all of the lobster traps and potentially other objects floating around, inevitably you may catch one in your wheel (propeller). If you suspect something is in the wheel don’t hesitate to call and I’ll show up promptly to clear any debris.

Zincs

Electrolysis is no friend of any vessel. Be sure to have your zincs checked regularly and changed if necessary to insure that your metal parts are not becoming degraded. Zincs are sacrificial anodes that get eaten instead of these parts.
